Curried Sesame Sauce

Ingrediants

1 cup water
2/3 cup tahini or other nut or seed butter
1 tbsp curry powder
2 tbsp soy sauce


 Method

Place all ingredients in a small saucepan. Simmer and stir constantly 5-6 minutes, or till thickened. Remove from heat, cover, and let sit a few minutes before serving. Makes 2 cups. 62 calories per ounce.
Serve on mashed potatoes, biscuits, pasta, vegetables, or other....
