Crispy Chicken Nugget

5 cm coriander roots
5 cloves garlic
1 teaspoon peppercom
Ingredients B
4 tablespoons honey
1 3/4 teaspoons Maggi Concentrated Chicken Stock
1 tablespoon sugar
4 tablespoons plain flower
1 kg chicken fillet, cut into pieces
1 beaten egg
3 cups Corn Flakes, crushed
3 cups cooking oil
Maggi Thai Chilli Sauce
Preparations
1. Blend finely ingredients A and mix with Ingredients B. Then marinate chicken meat with the mixture for 5 hours.
2. Then dip marinated chicken pieces in beaten egg and coat with crushed Corn Flakes.
3. Seep fry coated chicken pieces until golden brown, remove from heat.
4. Serve chicken nuggets with Maggi Thai Chilli Sauce.
